BUT NEED SOMEONE TO MANAGE DETAILS SO THEY CAN RELAX AND ENJOY THE DAY!

    

PLANNING & PREPARATION

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 2-month period
  • Final detailed meeting with couple at reception venue (if possible)
  • Review all the vendor contracts signed and executed by Client
  • Review final Banquet Event Orders and Floor Plan
  • Check list for all vendors 

 VENDOR COORDINATION

  • Communicate venue policies and conduct with each vendor
  • Conference and confirmation of all services with vendors prior to event day
  • Coordinate and distribute wedding day timeline for vendors

WEDDING DAY SERVICES

  • Wedding Day Coordinator ( 10-12 hours min)
  • One Assistant Coordinator
  • Setup supervision, overall management of wedding ceremony and reception
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Manage the timing of the event with wedding party, family members and vendors
  • Manage the transfers
  • Orchestrate mucis and timing with ceremony/ reception vendors
  • Attend sound check with live band /DJ
  • Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding set up and compliance of floor plans
  • Final inspections on set up, seating placements, favors, table numbers, place cards, decor, etc
  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception timeline - grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc
  • End of event supervision

1500 euro

1-4+ Assistants are required for weddings based on head count and ceremony/ reception locations.
Rates for Assistants vary based on geographical locations. Please inquire with Wedding Planner for Assistant rates.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON TO DAY COORDINATION

DAY COORDINATION services start 2 months prior to the wedding date.
Client has option to add Unlimited Consultation via Email and Telephone at a rate of  EURO 300.00 per month from the date of signing the contract.
