They are perfect for al fresco dining under cypress trees or in olive groves. We loved working at Villa Barberino near Florence. We planned a welcome pizza party celebration, and the guests enjoyed the Italian atmosphere, Italian known songs, décor inspired by the newlyweds' story, the stunning views, and the magnificent sunset. The clinking of glasses, the aroma of pizza, and warm, cheerful conversations continued late into the night.

Wineries in Chianti or Montalcino offer an authentic Tuscan atmosphere for wine-themed events. We offer guest experiences, including tastings of local food and wine, where chefs will guide your guests through a vertical wine tasting, sharing the history of each varietal.
Choose Sunset Timing
Tuscany’s magic hour is around 6:30–8:30 pm in summer, slightly earlier in spring/autumn. Book your welcome party to start with golden-hour aperitivo. Guests will arrive tired from travel, so let them settle with a drink and a view. Nothing beats watching the sun dip behind the hills while everyone raises a glass to you.
