The first historical trace of Balbiano's name was found in a document dated 941. The impeccable austere architecture of the villa in the exterior and unimaginably luxurious interiors, the wonderful garden with flowering rare plants, with antiquity stairs descending to the lake, fountains and pools - all this is the Villa Balbiano. The old estate has recently been completely renovated under the careful supervision of the famous French designer Jacques Garcia. Mr. Garcia not only restored the villa to its former glory, but carried out a large-scale historical restoration of the villa using materials, decor items and antique furniture.
The villa is rented for events, advertising filming, as well as a vacation residence. All areas of the villa are furnished with antique furniture. In addition to beautiful views of the lake and the atmosphere of an old mansion, there are a winter garden, a covered terrace with a fireplace, a library and swimming pools.

Up to you. Your guests can enter the villa from the park, walk through this gorgeous garden to the main building, admire the beauty of the villa, or they can get to the villa by boat. Anyway they will have a highly emotional entrance and perfect experience.

There are 6 luxury suites with antique furniture and amazing view in the main villa for 12 people and in addition there is a Villino, so the villa can host up to 28 people.

The reception can be held in the garden and as well inside the gorgeous hall of the villa.
